Direct upload using the web interface

Users who have studies on CD-ROM, on their hard drive, on a local network drive, or other media, and wish to directly upload such studies to OnePacs, may direcly upload such studies though the OnePacs web interface. This requires that the user's local OnePacs administrator has enabled this feature for the user's account. (The required system permission is “Upload studies via web interface”.)

  • There are three interfaces for uploading studies.
    1. The Basic Upload Interface allows users to queue a zip file that contains DICOM files or individual DICOM files selected one at a time.  It is available for use on all supported browsers.
    2.  The Standard Upload Interface allows users to select directories or multiple files directly in the browser.  It requires Chrome, Firefox version 50 or greater, or  Edge.
    3.  The Java Upload Interface.  This is a legacy upload interface and requires the user to have a Java Runtime Environment for their browser.  Only IE11 currently supports Java in the browser.  This interface provides means of importing directories or multiple files.
