OnePacs can ingest reports generated by other systems and transmitted to the OnePacs Gateway via an HL7 ORU^R01 message. 

• DICOM Structured Reports - Reports entered into external systems transmitted to OnePacs and converted to DICOM structured report (SR) objects which can be associated automatically with prior studies. These objects are visible in all of the OnePacs Viewers.
• OnePacs Reports - Reports for current exams can be entered into OnePacs from external systems like Nuance PowerScribe via HL7.  These reports are entered into OnePacs as though entered natively and thus may be viewed in reporting templates and distributed according to facility specific rules.
