These policies are used by the gateway, through its interface with external PACS systems, at the time a study is sent to OnePacs, to attempt to search for and retrieve additional relevant studies (e.g., "priors") for the same patient.
Related study retrieval policies currently containing a "Study Matching" policy, plus a limit as to the maximum number of related studies to retrieve according to the matching study policy.
To configure related study retrieval policies, use the Admin -> Related Study Matching -> Related Study Retrieval Policies menu option.
